This veggie-friendly, organic café is a hidden gem of Harvard Square, yet conveniently located down the street from the Harvard Square T Station Church Street exit. A popular spot for students and professionals alike, it offers a wide variety of drinks (tea, coffee, bubble tea), breakfasts, and lunches that are reasonably priced and incredibly delicious. During the work week, they offer daily breakfast and lunch specials – $3.50 for your choice of pastry, drink, and piece of fruit and $7.25 for a sandwich, side snack, and drink. The food has an Asian-theme, with Japanese curry bowls, udon soups, and bi-bim-bap.

One of the most popular dishes is the multi-grain rice bowl with chicken salad over fresh organic mesclun greens. It’s delicious, filling, and healthy! However, if you’re interested in soup, order the dumpling and rice cake soup (it can be made vegetarian). Depending on how hungry you are, consider ordering a double portion (it’s still reasonably priced and not unheard of!). The spicy ramen soup is amazing… if you can handle the heat. Check it out, grab something to go, or hang out and enjoy the free WiFi. Dado Tea also has a location on Massachusetts Avenue!
