Sunterra Market is a locally owned company affiliated with Sunterra Farms. With seven locations in Calgary, including three downtown locations (Bankers Hall, TransCanada Tower, and Gulf Canada Square), Sunterra Market is an excellent place for the health-conscious business traveller to grab a healthy meal or some fresh groceries.

All three downtown locations are open by 6:30am and serve Starbucks brewed coffee. Breakfast options include baked goods (scones, muffins, etc – all baked in-house), yogurt, fruit and granola, as well as a hot breakfast special and smoothies at the TransCanada Tower location. Lunch and dinner choices include pre-made sandwiches and wraps, salads, two soups of the day, two hot pan specials, pasta specials and pizza.

The Keynote, Brittannia and West Market Square locations all offer grocery items in addition to the convenience items noted above. All locations all offer a special Friday Night Feast, which is a 3-course carryout dinner (starter, main, dessert) for two for $29.98. The menu changes weekly and is a great option for anyone wanting the convenience of a quick dinner without eating out at another restaurant. If you happen to be in town over a holiday (Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc) Sunterra does a fancier 5-course Friday night dinner for $49.98 for two.

The MARKETbar at the Keynote location is a full service restaurant (located on the second level) open for both lunch and dinner with a menu highlighting locally grown items from the Sunterra Farm.  Parking at the Keynote location is available between the Keynote 1.0 and Keynote 2.0 towers. Your parking will be validated with a grocery purchase, so be sure to bring in your parking receipt to be reimbursed.

Parking at the Brittannia and West Market Square locations is free in the parking lots provided. Parking at the downtown locations is pay parking as indicated by the City of Calgary or lots available. Try to walk if you can, as Calgary has some of the most expensive parking rates in North America.
