Monster Dash Half Marathon, 10K and 5K in Fort Worth

This is a National race series put on by Team Ortho. This is a timed race with a USATF certified course. With three different distances you can either go hard or just get into the “spirit” of things with a 5K … while wearing your costume (of course). This race includes a contest contest that will be judged before the race so bring your A game. The various categories that the costumes will be judged on are located on their website so make sure and check that out as well.

Dallas Halloween Hustle

Halloween Hustle 5K Walkathon – Dallas

This is a walkathon for recovery awareness. It’s also a costume contest and prizes will be awarded for best costume, best team costume and best dressed “mutt”. Who doesn’t love seeing dogs dressed in costumes?!

Lake Joe Pool Pumpkin Run 10K, 5K Run and 5K Walk – Grand Prairie, TX

This event is around the Lake Joe Pool and it’s important to note that they close the gates at 8:00am and don’t reopen until 9:45am…so be early! This event has been going on for 28 years and benefits Alzheimer’s research. There is a FREE pancake breakfast and pumpkin decorating for the kiddos!
