This popular vegan eatery offers a little bit of everything, from Tex-Mex to Italian and American fare, all with a vegan twist. The majority of menu items are locally sourced, and a large selection of beer, wine, and baked goods are on display. Seating is self-service, as are water and soft drinks, but a waiter will take your food order. The full menu is  also available to go, and brunch is offered on Sundays. Try the pancakes – they are fluffy and delicious! While the restaurant can be packed at lunchtime, rendering parking difficult, try parking in the lot behind Nonna Tata’s (the Italian restaurant next door). There is a large hipster crowd that populates the diner, but don’t let that deter you – the staff and patrons are friendly and helpful. I recommend getting the Blue Plate special because it usually something not available on the menu and seasonal specials, you will be surprised by the Turkey dinner offered during Thanksgiving.
