Agno Grill offers a create-your-own Mediterranean dining experience with delicious, healthy choices. The entire menu is gluten-free, so those with gluten intolerances and allergies have plenty of options! Extensive vegetarian and vegan options are available as well. Patrons can create a bowl, wrap, or salad and choose from falafel, chicken, steak, grilled vegetables, or tuna as their protein. The large selection of toppings includes tabouli, cucumber tomato salad, white beans with parmesan and spinach, and many more.  The food is simple but very flavorful and satisfying. I ordered a chicken and rice bowl for $8.50 and was impressed by the quality of the organic and local seating. Plenty of indoor seating is available, and food is prepared quickly if you’re in a rush. The restaurant was not crowded on a Tuesday at dinnertime, but it can be difficult to park on the surrounding streets. Be prepared to pay for parking or take the bus or subway, if possible. The restaurant is conveniently located in center city near many of Philadelphia’s most popular attractions. Small desserts are also available!
