Made up of runners, fitness enthusiasts, and people who just really like endorphins, Run Chattanooga is a community-based organization whose goal is to get locals active, whether that activity involves running or not. When we’re not hosting free fitness flash mobs, beginning running groups, or group workouts, you can usually find us running at the parks and trails that theChattanooga area is known for. People in our crew are pretty easy to spot – they’re the ones giving out random high fives to other runners, walkers, and cyclists. Our team includes people from all walks of life, from folks working to run their first 5K to ultra marathoners and Ironman finishers, and everything in between.
Named as The Best City Ever by Outside Magazine and the 2013 Outstanding Runner Community by the RRCA, Chattanooga’s got it all – running, cycling, rock climbing, water sports, and a beautiful city to explore too.
